Replace small clubs in the prem.

I would replace the small supported clubs who have less than 20k home fans of Burnley, Watford and Bournemouth with proper supported clubs of Leeds, Villa and Sheffield Wednesday.
    Any thoughts ?

Tricky: You are joking...yes? Just in case you are serious, what you want is a closed shop, which is what we practically have already with TV money and parachute payments which more or less garantees a quick return to the PL in case of relegation. FFS I thought you were a football supporter!

Have you noticed how there aren't many Premier League clubs flags at England games, you are more likely to see a league 1 or 2 club flag than a Chelsea or Manchester Utd,any theories as to why this is?

As i have said many times over the years i like to see my club to do well in the Prem but i prefer lower league football muddy pitches and clubs selling pies just to keep afloat.
That is proper football to me.
And living in Fratton i see proper fans as well.
