    Nine losses in a row

And Warne still gets the manager's job! Wow

Tonight was yet another example of why Warne shouldn't be anywhere near the tob job, it was like a tactical masterclass in reverse. Awful tactically, a total inability to change a game and no reaction when the opposition made changes to change the game.
We have strikers who cannot score the simplest of chances, defenders who look like scared rabbits (2 of whom were brought back into the side even though there is no chance of them being here next season at the expense of 2 who will be, simply because it was a game against their former club) and set pieces that look like they are just made up on the hoof.
We might not have the best training ground but that shouldn't stop us having some sort of defensive shape, it shouldn't stop us being able to finish simple chances and given that we are the weakest team in the league, the fact that we have no variation in set pieces is criminal. We had 5 or 6 decent opportunities from set pieces and didn't look close to even making the keeper work.
Wednesday were awful and still won comfortably, how can Warne possibly get the job after that?? His lack of reaction to Semedo coming on said it all. That killed the game and he didn't have a clue. How many Rotherham fans were in the ground at the final whistle?? 500?? The fans have let you know what they want.

I hope it's not going to be Warne and Barker. Is TS so out of touch with the fans?
Don't agree with a lot of IBJ but Stubbs never lost 9 in a row.

He'll be a changed man when he gets the job permanently. Clean shaven and a 3 piece suit. No more Mr Nice Guy.

Tony, we have been dreadful at taking free kicks and corners for a long while - probably since Tavernier left. Whilst we can't blame Warney for the many months of us having to watch that, the are no signs that he is capable of improving things either

Why Taylor is taking free kicks is anybody's guess.

Mike, we were totally outgunned this season, just as we were totally outgunned when Ronnie Moore was manager, the reason we levelled the playing field was that we were the best in the whole league at set pieces. Under Warne we look like we are just chucking the ball in the box and hoping for it to drop for us. Given that we have no tactic to keep possession or any sort of tactical appreciation, set pieces are all we have.

Was willing to give warne and TS the benefit but Warne hasn't a clue what he's doing.

If bringing Richie Barker is the big news then TS is completely deluded, he needed to bring in someone with experience in that league, such as Phil Brown.

I wonder if the season ticket prices will get reduced. Tonight was lg2 football at a push. Disgraceful

Paul Warne was dealt a poor hand and has played it badly. Let's not forget - as if we would - that he was the fitness coach asked to hold the fort when Jackett legged it. There are times when something like that happens and the guy exceeds expectations. This wasn't one of those times.

It makes no sense. It's like you're on a plane, the pilot has a heart attack, some bloke in row c has a go at landing the plane, puts it into a hedge, but doesn't kill anyone, and the airline give him a uniform and put him in the cockpit for the next flight.

    Madness.

If it wasn't true, that would be exceptionally funny Lasterman...

We were absolutely clueless with tactics against a poor side that took their two chances. Please TS bring in a proper manager who will realise that we need a first team goalkeeper, two full backs and another central defender. There is a lot of dross to clear out.Tomorrow I hope the chairman tells us, it is not the Warne Barker partnership that Radio Sheffield have been promoting for the last few weeks.
