He deserves credit for keeping Rotherham up against the odds, not many other managers could have done that. And I understand him making his teams go for a point in away matches when they are in the bottom 3. But hes doing it even though they are safe in mid table now, theres no way of understanding the bloke.
He said we looked average - difficult to look anything special when his team spent the majority of the game wasting time in every way possible. We got the job done - all that matters.

Can't believe he is banging on about nothing to motivate his team, surely that's a big part of his job!

He said similar Hirsty when they came and hung on for a point at ours recently. I just cant understand the appeal of this cretin because of the way he goes about his business, and the things he says etc.
Just out of interest, why didnt he want to stay with Rotherham after their amazing relegation escape act ?

Got to laugh at wan*ker Warnock
His own cup final - only game that matters to him.
The one trick pony driving back with a bitter and twisted grimace all over his ugly mush.
Said every thing about him and his strategy when he loaded 3 up top late on...no idea how to win the game...fashioned nothing, cause they don't know how to.
Cardiff are a dross outfit and just like Burton, belong in league one.

You only have to look at how their traveling support has dwindled to see what Cardiff fans think of the way they play.

He clearly knew what was coming at Rotherham and didn't want it on his CV - it's much easier to have a very good record when you take on jobs where the chance of failure is remote. No one would have blamed him had Rotherham gone down last season, no one expected Cardiff to go down this season, QPR were among the favourites to get promoted when he took them up, breaking spending rules in doing so......

He is good at what he does but it's dire to watch and Cardiff have better players than having to resort to the tactics he employs.
