Charlton delivered an emphatic 3 - 0 win over Gillingham on Easter Monday which will have put to rest by now any fears over being dragged into the relegation scrap.

Charlton's goals, mainly taken from set pieces, were scored by Jason Pearce on 20, Ricky Holmes on 31 and Josh Magennis on 55 minutes.

The win comes as a real boost for the current owners and Karl Robinson in their quest to turn round the club's fortunes in spite of the ongoing negativity of unwelcome disruptive protests.
