We held out for a draw, fairly comfortably in the end.... mainly due to an unbeaten double ton from Gary Balance. He has been in brilliant batting form so far this season, so let's hope that he can keep it up

Yorks finished second innings on 399-6 declared

Thats a brilliant match saving knock from Ballance, but there was also more disappointing batting from Lyth. Root & Bairstow also bombed out with the bat but lets hope that its just early days. We're handlily placed after 3 games, but Im guessing we could have new champions again this year.
