    Manager of the season

    Got to be Hughton.
Brighton deserve to win the league and a big chunk of their success will be down to his experience and talent.

Another (lesser) shout should go out to Lee Johnson. Only 35 and stepped up a class to a club in turmoil and steered them to Championship safety.

Hughton for me as well. I would put Monk second. Thought it was a poor choice to pick Leeds as they've been a crap show under their Italian owner. I think it's impressive to be in the playoff hunt considering how mediocre Leeds have been since returning to the Championship. Jaap Stam should also get consideration. Don't think anyone saw them finishing where they are. David Wagner with an impressive season at Huddersfield too. Impressed with the managers of the clubs in the top seven save Rafa. Underachieved IMO and I think he will be gone within the next year after Newcastle struggle in the Prem next season.

There's only one winner for me and that is Nigel Clough, followed by Lee Johnson and then Chris Hughton. Nigel Clough wins it after the job he has done, on a shoestring budget at Burton albion.

Has to be Nigel Clough for me. They are not yet safe but they are giving it a real go. They have taken four points of us, but having said that it isn't that hard to do.
