    For me:

    "Brighton Rock" by Graham Greene.

    A masterpiece.

    It doesn't matter what party people are in or any group. Read this book, sit bach and choose the charicters

    First read Catch 22 when I was about 15 and read it many times since. It's a different experience each time I read it.

    Life is more exciting than fiction for me!

    I only read factual publications - far better things to do with my time than to read other people's ramblings.

    Although I make an exception for MM!

    Escapism - is physical for me - sadly due to playing too much football my brain writes cheques my body can no longer cash! Very Very frustrating !

    Tablets are good though - but slowly killing me...lol

    The Grapes of Wrath - John Steinbeck.

    An essential book to read if you want to understand the problems of today and how market forces feed the overfed rich and kick the poor in the teeth.Nothing changes.
