A huge improvement over our last home game when we didn't have any attempts on target against a team from the bottom end of the table.

With Forfar drawing with Cowdenbeath, Ryan McCord's hat trick won us the three points that put us top of the table although, from where I was standing, he looked to be in an offside position for his second goal, but we were due a bit of luck. That goal put us back in front after Elgin had equalised and his third seemed to have killed the game but Elgin got a second goal when substitute Sukar, trying to clear an Elgin free kick, headed past Gomes.

All to play for next week, winning the league and is in the player's hands. If they have the character and play to their abilities they can get the win, avoid the play-offs and go up as champions.
