It's s two nighter, 6th 7th August. I was fancying going both nights but it was £60 near enough a ticket, so one night's plenty.

Skacel, is there word of a new album?
I wasnae anticipating anything new this year but I've nae been keeping up.

Yeah, apparently finished recording and mixing it.

He was down in the weeg a few weeks ago before the Hamilton game. I'm heading to Aberdeen for The Stranglers next week, intending to pop in to visit his emporium.

Has anyone ever been to a gig at the Kelvingrove Bandstand. Is it any use? Is it in the big park next to the uni and Tennis club? The Wildhearts are playing it with Gun and Terrorvision in June. Sounds delightful

It's a great venue like Krakowdon says. I went to see Arab Strap a couple of years ago and been to a few other things since it reopened. Going to see Burt Bacharach this year. It's been good weather every time I've been which makes it even better.

SWG3 is the place to be just now. They've just done up the biggest indoor part of it and they will take all the gigs from the ABC. Already been to two since it was closed.

My Darling Clementine first class at the Lampie on Saturday.

Thunder and Rain at the same venue on 22 March. Do yersels a favour.

Maggie Bell at the Jazz Festival in March also.

To be fair, on checking, the price was £54 and change so I exaggerated a tad.

It's a cracking wee place, talk about living the dream.

I'll need to check out this year's record store Day releases.

There was an interview with (I think) Aaron Dessner and they played one of the new tracks.

I couldnae really hear right it was just on in the background.
