I see that Hutton has been freed by St Mirren. Although not the most creative of midfielder he could certainly be labelled as being combative and would bolter that aspect of our midfield if signed. As for marque signings Francis we need a degree of realism here in that Queens are not financially in the position of getting that quality of player and few will be in the position of Dobbie returning to a club he obviously held in high esteem. Mind you we can always dream and I am sure I heard that Rooney could be available shortly from Man Utd

I've heard that Luke Leahy could be going to Doncaster Rovers. I wonder if Airdrieonians will sign Hutton after him being there on loan and unsure if he would return to Queens. Aird to Airdrieonians would be pleasant with the name anyway but wouldn't mind him at Queens either. Looked decent enough in his spell at Rangers.
