A pity about Newell. if true. He never seemed to fully recover from his latest surgery. A fully fit Newell would be one of our best players, but even he may not realise that he's not at the same level as when we first signed him (Brogan, for example, didn't realise the same thing)

It doesn't matter how much Blackstock is being paid because surely even you must admit that he's not worth it because he's not doing his job. It's quite obvious to most rational people.
Stubbs signed this player who is stealing a wage. What's difficult to understand about that?

It would of been bad enough if it was a 1 year deal but 3 FFS! It's not just Stubbs incompetence with this one, it's the club to for being daft enough to listen to him. Just the words 'I want Blackstock on a three year deal' should of been a sackable offence.
