Im not sure that we need to bring in youngsters from the lower leagues (no matter how talented) for the immediate squad development and rebuilding - think we need some more veterans and experienced senior players alongside our own youngsters. Then again if we could get for 2 to 2.5m as is being touted around then who am I to judger; thats what we have scouts for

Rowett was looking for the next hidden gem, someone who is a rising star and wants to make a name for themselves, not a senior player who can't be bothered because they already been promoted on numerous occasions and just want the money and lost their lack of hunger they once had eg. Shackell for instance, anyway that's why he was looking in the lower leagues to prevent spending money on overpriced players which end up being flops for our club and we end up losing money on them and we have to then, use a cut price to recoup some of our money back so clubs will be willing to take the players off our hands.

There's been a lot of talk about us interested in Ollie Watkins on other forums
From what I saw yesterday he's far from a 4 million pound player ,he wasn't holding the ball up and seem to lay it off quick straight to the opposition
I may have caught him on a bad day ,but 4 milllion not a chance , hopefully the claim that Derby aren't interested is true

Having, probably only temporarily, taken you off ignore...how is it you started a thread just over two weeks ago telling us all that Derby were interested in Ollie Watkins - 'the next hidden gem' were your words - but you now say Rowett has ruled it out?
Similarly, how come you told us all about Ince going to Newcastle for £10m plus Hanley but you now tell us that isn't happening either?
I'm genuinely puzzled...have you got a knowledgeable contact or is it all in your imagination?

Anag thanks for clarifying what the arse has been posting (like you he is on ignore so I don't read it) I'd have thought you knew the answer to that one! He scans the tinternet, rehashes (sorry repeats it verbatim) as if he "knows" whats happening then does an about turn and says the opposite, does not seem to understand the words "reported" or "its said that" or any of the other nuances that the media use to pretend speculation is factual news!!!

Here's one for you seeing as you are so incompetence to not know how this stuff works, so let me give you an example: Swale is interested in buying a BMW, oh! wait hang on a minute, he is no longer taking an interest in that BMW, he has gone off to look for something else.
