Or, because we leave it too late, we completely miss people who are already on the terror suspects list, and then they attack, like in London and Manchester.

This scumbag the other day was known to have close links to terrorists. If he was being monitored properly, they would know he made recent trips to Libya, Syria and Germany. All that adds up to more than enough to arrest and indefinitely imprison to me. You might not agree. And that is the problem, neither do our liberal politicians. (I know you will have a wry smile or a big laugh at the thought of the Tories being liberals, but on this matter, they are FAR too left wing.)
Yep, big wry smile, because you show your naivety in posting such, i've read most of your posts over the years and you really should learn about politics, i don't blame you, you've just never had the education in politics have you, you've only started to take note when grabbed by a populist headline, maybe from a mate, a fellow football fan etc etc the trick is to see stuff from all sides, i get your dislike of Labour, because i'm guessing that Blairs labour gov't was the one in power when you touched on politics, but to state that a tory gov't is left wing.......you're perception of left wing is way off mark fella, way off mark.

Some of what he is saying is definitely true. This happens in Rotherham. It definitely also happens in other places such as Luton, Stoke and Birmingham.

Where I lived most of my life, Cleethorpes, there were only the odd few Muslims families. The children certainly played with the rest of us, and I can remember going round to Muhammad's house as a kid. BUT their parents definitely kept themselves to themselves at the school gate and in the playground.

Mind you, so do me and my mrs. We say hello to a couple of other parents, and that's it. Others may think we are rude, but it's down to my mrs being quite shy, and we have our own group of friends already. I can't be doing with some other parent inviting us out for drinks or meals or whatever. If you make friends usually, you can avoid them if you find they irritate you or whatever. With your children's friend's parents, you are stuck with them for years!

You are guessing incorrectly again, and also missing key parts of my post.

Although you are correct re: Blair's government. I'm 33, so I can only remember John Major being in power, but my only perception of him at the time, was a really boring, goggle eyed old man.........

Anyway, you are purposely or accidentally missing key points. Do I class this Tory government as left wing? Of course not. I think they have been absolutely ruthless with their attacks on the poor, the disabled, the unemployed, the working classes, single mums, pensioners....... I think they are vile and and clearly right wing........

But I said, they are far too left wing when it comes to Islamic extremism, crime and punishment, and immigration. Those are the only things I am right wing on, and to some extent, far right. But that's only because I want harsh punishments for criminals, take no chances with potential terrorists and to only allow immigration into our country that benefits us. A points system or similar.

And you say to see stuff from all sides. Iread ONE newspaper every day, The Mirror. I also regularly read The Guardian online. I love to get angles from all sides. In fact, a lot of the time, reading the absolute bullsh1t in The Mirror only reinforces my view that my politics are just realism.

That bearded weirdo said this in 2003...

That bearded weirdo has been on the right side of most major decisions an MP could vote on, that bearded weirdo, slated for links to the IRA (untrue, obviously) helped facilitate the peace process in NI, that bearded weirdo has produced, and costed, the only manifesto that would help everyone in this country...

But what do you do, you'll vote UKIP, and shoot a massive hole in your own foot, because that 'left wing' Theresa May will continue to rob the NHS, to rob your kids of a decent school with decent resources, they'll rob your parents/grandparents of their pensions, of their hard earned house god forbid they need care, they'll continue to give tax breaks to the rich while slashing NHS/school/welfare/police/defence budgets......disgrace.

UFC Champ Michael Bisping is on the righteous side too. He says it's time to 'put political correctness out the facking window.' He also tells terrorists to come and see him! Video is less than two minutes long, but he actually comes across very well.

I agree with him in that video, he was right. BUT, now we have made those huge errors over the last 15 or so years, we need to be a presence in the Middle East to try to right those wrongs. If we pull out now, we leave all those poor ****ers out there to have to deal with ISIS on their own. So, yes, we are partly responsible for making the monster, now we need to cut that monster's head off. There's a million different ideas on how to sort this mess out, but no one idea that we can all say, yes that will definitely work.

What we can surely say though, is if we leave the Middle East now, not only do we condemn hundreds of thousands, if not millions of innocent Muslims and Christians to certain death, we also allow IS to grow.

I haven't got time now to debate the IRA and Corbyn thing, but I will tomorrow, because I was already going to mention that, and funnily enough, I disagree with you, I think he absolutely has blood on his hands there, as does McConnell.....

Regarding the subject of voting though, with how much I currently despise the Tories, do you know what, I'd probably even consider voting Labour if they had someone other than Corbyn or Miliband as leader!

Well, I guess the difference is. When there are small amounts of Muslims, they are forced to integrate. When there are larger amounts, they choose not to.

You see, me, I am choosing not to socialise with other white parents, for the reasons I stated above. I am quite sure the odd few Muslim families do the same amongst their own and amongst non-Muslims fair enough. But when you have ten or so Muslim couples at the school gates all standing and chatting together but completely ignoring non-Muslim parents, that is when it becomes another issue.
