IBS, I salute you. You are one of the few people in our town who want to make it more prosperous. You're frequenting wellgate on on a regular occurance instead of the out of town shopping centres.

I think the basic rules of the land should be maintained in this area as soon as possible. The yellow lines - parking - police presence - cleanliness - you name it - put some effort into to the area and do a "deep clean"...... before the rot becomes irreversible !
