Yea I thought it was awful weird. Always remember him as a creative, positive player. Very happy with this. He was ace at Aberdeen

At Wigan pre season a few years back the United fans were giving him stick as he warmed up but all credit the guy just laughed and waved back.

I just read that Sevco have told Andy Halliday he can go on loan for the coming season , does anyone else think he might be the player we need , from what I have seen of him he is a playmaker with a good eye for goal .

I'd say never, a 35 year old striker who's game was very much based on pace and energy, no thanks.

Fyvie'll be a good signing, he's a far better passer than anyone we've had in recent years, Still a few areas to cover, which I've no doubt he will in due time, but I think McKinnon's starting to build a pretty capable side, one that looks like it might just have enough to get out of this division.

Biggest thing for me is finally getting rid of the bunch of losers we've been saddled with for the last few years, add Donaldson and Fraser to the growing list of departures and we're golden.

If you pull Fyvie signing off, IMO, you've instantly got the best midfielder in the league, by a mile.

    Cracking player IMO.

I had St Mirren down as favourites for the league next season, the fact you've signed Keatings and now possibly Fyvie has changed my mind.

Obviously tried to get more wages out of Hibs and it back fired.

    Lennon being stubborn.

Listen he isn't a bad player at all, in fact the first time i saw Fyvie play in the first team for Aberdeen was in a pre-season friendly and i genuinely thought he was the best young player i had seen and would go onto being one of the best midfielders the country has produced. The problem i think (like many like him) is his attitude. He will disappear when the going gets tough so if the going is good then you should be fine but god help you if the sh#t hits the fan.
