It would have been on loan , he wouldn't come back here on a permanent basis anyway because we wouldn't have been able to meet his contract agreement.
Obviously HOR wouldn't have just said no, if Warney wanted to carry on with it hen I'm sure it would have been his choice, he moved on from the the looks so why are fans making mountain out of a mole hill?
