yep and rightly so ,annan is prob the right place to go for the current quality of local players produced in our region these days ,the level annan are at it should be about right for most of them and fingers crossed maybe playing at that level and benafiting from annans facilities and coaching some of the local talent can be brought on a bit and we might see some move up a level ,all in all annan are about the right next step for the local lads to try to progress .

i just hope dan orsi can cope with the artificial surface week in week out ,if annan were full time i think it would be a diff story even a bad move for him ,but as there part time it should be less of a work load on him .

Annan manager Peter Murphy did say recently he was going to concentrate on local players rather than Central Belters and has now signed 4 ex - Queens players since he took over - the training is also going to be at Galabank
rather than '' up the road ''

I liked Orsi and remember his games against Stirling Home & Away in a space of a few days will where he was MOTM in the 4-1 win at home before scoing his first Queens goal in the away match which was sadly the match where he always picked up his bad injury.

I hope Orsi does well in his 2nd spell with Annan having played for them before he went to junior side Glenafton.

I got to say that this friendly against Annan this season looks more interesting than usual with all the ex Queens players signing for them.
