    Scotland v England

Haven't seen any comments on here about that game on Sat. IMO it was a very poor performance from England against the predictable passionate but lacking in quality jocks. How Smalling gets in the team I don't know - how difficult is it to pass the ball infront of the receiving player ,time after time he played the ball behind which must be bloody annoying. Hart - well two superb free kicks but was his positioning poor for the second having seen what that Mullet headed Griffiths did with the first one. Some of our players just aren't good enough at international level ,names on a postcard please.

It was a typical England performance against a very poor side. If we get to the finals we will again fail because that's what we do so well

Thought Q marks about Hart there free kick goals. Walker is ok till he gets forward. Cahill is worse than Smalling. Bertrand was one of our better players. Dier was terrible last summer, same now. What was Dele Ali doing on the right wing. Kane has that knack of being in the right place to score. Oxlade-Chamberlain was easily our most dangerous player when he came on. But according to people on here what do I know. I watch England games on TV & pay to watch all our home games but I don't know anything. Some would say.

Cahill cost England the win in that match, only way Scotland was gonna score was from a set piece and it was stupid and reckless challenge to give away for the first free kick. Smalling is also crap as well, doesn't have the ability to play the ball out from the back like a modern day centre back should. Our best 2 centre backs are Stones and Keane by far because they have the intelligence and ability to start attacks out from the back.

England were too negative, and gave away too many stupid free kicks in dangerous positions, and then were punished. Sounds a bit like....

BUT well done Arnie! Still going strong and played the full 90 minutes for Iceland in their 1-0 win over Croatia

It was a tricky game for us because we knew the Scotch were going to be up for it, but as it turned out we were our own worst enemy.

Too many of our players looked like they were looking forward to their June holidays though (and there might be a valid argument there in the fact that qualifying matches like this should never be played when the club season is over).
Apart from the free kicks which he was pathetic on, what else did Joe Hart have to do in the 95 minutes ? Had Kane been a bit sharper with the few chances he had, we would and should have been about 3 up by the time it got to the last few minutes.
