Just seen those signings. I'm surprised that Dowie has went part-time. Oh well, two former Queens players playing against their former club next season, if selected.

Good luck to Dowser at the Rock and also to Gavin with the Buddies. Here's hoping he has a better spell there than at Dunfermline where the Pars fans on the Pie and Bovril site have gave him pelters all last season for some reason.

Gavin was a player I very much admired during his years with us and would not have been upset to see him return. His pace and movement was more than a handful for many a defence and it was great to watch him turn some of the much bigger but less mobile centre halves inside out. I wish him all the best except when playing against Queens.

Every Queens fan knows exactly what Gav Reilly is capable of . Just a shame Naysmith doesn't as he showed no interest in him . Personally think Gav up front with Dobbie next season could of been a brilliant partnership

Do we know for sure that we showed no interest. Even if we had he might well still have chosen St Mirren. I`m not "in the know" so i genuinely don`t know.

All the best to Gav. Would have been great to see him back in a Queens shirt.

Queens or should I say Naysmith definitely didn't contact Gavin about a return to Palmerston

I`m fine with that. If our manager doesn`t see him as someone he wants to get in. They key thing will be if we can get someone better in.
