    Judging by comments from all of the players interviewed, it seems that they were never out of training.

    The impression that they give, is that this summer has been different to any other one they have had. Are we to hope that our team will be fitter this season and right from the off.

    I seem to remember that last season, we struggled in pre season friendlies and in the early season games or was that just Pearson?

    Feeling hopeful for George Thorne! Trying to think positively that he will have a major impact this season. Terribly missed, the balance he brings to our team is undeniable.

    I'm thinking that a year off can only have been a good thing for his knees, it's his ligaments which concern me more than anything, bones are far more robust.

    Darren Wassell's fault, not resting him in that Ipswich game but anyway!.....
