    Queens Trust 2016/17 Review

    Membership
    Increased Queens Trust membership for the 4th year in a row up to 216.


    Activities
    Produced and promoted the matchday posters for 22 home games.
    2 entries in the annual Queens shirt draw competition.
    Purchase of additional QOS season tickets from club for Trust members draw.
    Purchased Queens shop vouchers (£100) for the Trusts share the matchday poster competitions.
    Gave out 500 free Queens Trust rattles and maracas to kids on matchday.
    Helped secure the work of Paine Proffitt for use on the front of the matchday programme.
    Successful in having a Queens Trust resolution for Supporter Representation added to the QOS AGM agenda.
    5 QOS supporter groups joined together in support of Supporter Representation with a combined membership of over 500 members.
    Secured support to run a QOS community museum/shop in Dumfries town centre if successful in getting a Supporters Representative.
    Helping with half time entertainments when possible.
    Helped QOSDSA with their bucket collection.
    Paying to keep sign board for next match updated at Palmerston.

    Sponsored local schools football tournament.
    Sponsored Queens players towards coaching badges.
    Main sponsor of Globe Inn 2017 Sick Kids Friends Foundation Charity Calendar.


    Shares
    Purchase of 20 QOS shares from J White July 2016 takes Queens Trust to a holding of 924 shares
    Purchase of 77 QOS shares from M Johnstone January 2017 to take Queens Trust to 1001 shares refused by the Queens Board of Directors


    Meetings etc
    Attended all SLO meetings held during the year also Dumfries Common Good Committee meetings and Scottish Fans conference at Hampden Park.
    Attended the QOS AGM.
    Meetings with both Supporters Direct and Scottish Football Supporters Association as well as a joint meeting with Dumfries Common Good Committee and QOSFC.


    Social Media
    Increased followers on facebook (1,608 followers) and twitter (844)
    Opened Instagram account (99 followers)
    Promotion of all things QOS related.


    Big thank you to the many who have supported us over the last year through your memberships, donations, helping with the matchday posters, support for the Trust resolution at the AGM, gifting us programmes and signed items for future stalls/raffles/auctions and by taking part in our competitions on social media. Your support and help is much appreciated.
