Anybody know if the plastic cards are ready to be collected?

I asked a few days ago and was told "July" i asked when in July but they didnt seem to know

I went in this morning. They've got them but haven't sorted them yet and said it'll be 2/3 days.

According to my mate season tickets are ready to be collected he just got his e-mail
