We are all very very lucky

As parents who are able to watch our children grow up to be whoever they choose to be or just as adults who have enjoyed our childhood before crossing that junction into adulthood.

Sleep well you brave little man.

Such a sad loss of live of someone so young. My thoughts are with Bradley's family and friends. A mention for Jermaine Defoe, i take my hat off to him for everything he has done for Bradley, even after leaving Sunderland for Bournemouth.

    RIP Bradley.

Yeah, I think Jermain has shown a genuine, real love and caring for the lad.

We see so many instances of the famous feeling that putting their faces to causes and charities is simply enough.
Defoe's friendship with Bradley brightened up his last few months, having Jermain Defoe as a "best mate" was something really special.
That photo of Bradley asleep cuddling Jermain is a beautiful picture.

Yep. Good on you Jermain, always rated you as a player, it's also good to know that you are a caring, decent man.

I got this from a fb page I'm on

    God wanted a football match
And to play it up in heaven

    But first he needed players
    And select his first eleven.

    Kevin Phillips, big Niall Quinn
    Super Jermain Defoe

    Gary Rowell and Bobby Kerr
Also made it in the team.

    He needed one more player
    Someone who would be quick

From up above god looked down
And saw Bradley in his kit.

So Bradley was taken up above
God took him by the hand

To play the game he loved so much
    Where sponsorship is banned.

There is no cheating either as
    God is the referee

    There are no mega wages
And the transfers they are free.

The games are live on telly
    You don't have to subscribe

The players all stay on their feet
Cos no one takes a dive.

    So Bradley plays so happily
To the angels in the crowd

And every time he hits the net
They roar his name so loud.

Have fun brave little Mackem boy
You're safe and in God's care

Till it's time for us to get our boots
And join with you up there

    RIP Bradley Lowery

Such a shame. I agree with all that has been said on here.

RIP Bradley and total respect for Jermain Defoe.
