Well, that's a bit depressing, I don't like anything about it.
If an aspect of this cultural expression involves celebrating overt racism, then that's probably an element of this culture that's not worth keeping, let alone celebrating. In public. How this fact isn't immediately apparent to all concerned remains an absolute mystery. They disgrace themselves. Openly.
