Pretty solid start to the season. Always good to score 5 and see our strikers taking chances.
Doubt many had 1-5 in the Prediction League...
Didn't sound like an impressive first half but cruised it second. First tick of the season.

First half was very poor , second half was a breeze ... Carl McHugh was excellent some nice first touches from most of the players and players at least trying to put in the right pass. No boot n rush stuff which was good. We were in a no win situation in a game like this but 5-1 against any opposition is job well done. You can only beat who is put in front of you.
Yes we've got to be happy with that in the end. The first half was dire and certainly had that pre-season kick about feel to it, but we took control of the match in the 2nd and deserved the final scoreline.
Hopefully that's the perfect start to the perfect season and we'll be back at Hampden later in the campaign to see us lift a trophy.
A good start to the competitive season and we have to be happy with a 5-1 win. First half was poor but the second was a lot more impressive. New lads will take time to settle in and that showed. Kipre, Bowman and McHugh all impressed.
I thought Bigi had an excellent hour. I fancy he'll become a favourite.
First half best forgotten, whatever was said at halftime certainly got us playing with more conviction.Thought McHugh played like a true captain and had a really good game.Still think we will need to spend money if Moult is to leave, believe manager has three players being watched.Feel we will only get better the more games we play, still have a worry about cross balls into our area but hopefully more games together will rectify that.
Wild fires cant be fun but they wouldnt ever get started here , was a typical summers day here , pishing constantly from the heavens. However a perfect example for summer football... yes it was raining but it was relatively warm.... much rather watch a game in pishing July rain than pishing January rain.

Funny thing my daughter and I were over on vacation in July last year for 2 weeks, we deliberately chose July because it's supposed to be the warmest time of the summer. It rained almost every day Alas I forgot summer in Canada with days/weeks of sunny days and almost no rain is not going to happen in the UK. (LoL)
Next time I will make sure we come during the fitba season it's been years since I saw the Well other than YouTube. Daughter really wants to see the Well
Hope we're back at Hampden to lift a Cup this year 5-1,is a very good start.
