Thread: Missing out on Quinn

    Missing out on Quinn

Hearing now from a reliable source , that's close to all things Hamilton that Martin Canning is seriously considering offering Paul Quinn a contract at New Douglas Park. I wouldn't be surprised or blame Quinn if he was to accept an offer from them as United are messing him around . If we want him sign him up , regardless of the Donaldson situation!

Can't really blame him, must be frustrating watching us hand contracts to about 6 new players while he's told to wait until we get one out the door.

I hope we sign him but will not be surprised if we dont. That's the kinda sh1t that happens to us, Ray in papers praising Donaldson said to me hes staying.

Its a f ucking sh1te situation to be in

Cant say im too bothered if he doesnt sign as the defense is already set and i dont think Quinn would be coming as first choice. It could all just be paper talk to try and force our hand.

IMO Quinns better than Durnan and Edge and a million times better than Donaldson so i am kinda bothered to be honest

You're probably right but I assumed he would be playing at right-back. In which case he's phucking light years better than Murdoch and Toshers......

We can't have Edgenguele & Durnan knowing they will start every week, regardless.

With only Donaldson as back up, I'd have thought Quinn was a no brainer.

Was a no brainer for me , he is better than anything we have , huge mistake if we don't sign him

From a footballing point of view it's a no-brainer. From a financial point of view it's probably far more complex.
