I have realised what my body can and can't do over the last 30 years. Warm up is a must! All the time, doing everything.

Income protection, wasn't worth it for me cause I own my business I pay myself very little.

    Cutting oranges for sure Winnie.

So North Star honey badgers took on Towoong Koels, and playing away North Star won 2-1

My first ten was at left back, a couple of silly mistakes, I was too keen, and full of nervous energy.
Rested at 12mins and returning as centre back for the last 8mins of the first half.

Played the last 30mins left mid and centre mid.

    Rating 7/10

Yubby, I don't think you are meant to rate yourself, bro.

Seriously, well done on your victory and surviving your first outing since you played for the under 8s in one piece.

So, do you think you will merit a place in my Warriors team? 12 days til the start of the season, so plenty of time to prepare

I'm thinking of playing for the over 45's next year. even though I will turn 44

The funny thing is I had 10 headers. I'm only 5'10

    Gooooooooooooooooal.

    Yubby scores.

North Star Honey baggers(5th place) defeat top side of the league University 4-1

8/10 but sadly rolled an ankle (some how, probably after goal celebration. )

    Woo hoo! Well done bro!!

Btw posting twice doesn't mean you scored twice. That's cheating.
