    No because this kit is yellow with blue shorts, which actually back before you were even thought of was a common away kit. The kit called the thunderbird kit was blue top blue shirts with a yellow stripe across the top.

    For it to be reversed it would be an all yellow kit with a blue stripe across the top, so part from the kit having yellow and blue colours your statement is wrong.

    Methinks someone is too young to have ever really 'got' the Thunderbirds reference and is now trying to cover it up...probably while urgently Googling the subject.

    More googling and less haste to post might save him some egg on face then!

    Lets clear this up then with a "spot the difference " competition;

    1. Thunderbirds kit

    2. This year's new away strip

    and, for the sake of it:

    3. The 2014-15 away strip

    So how is #2 a return to to #1 "in reverse" and, secondly, why isn't #2 simply a revamp of #3?

    Either way why is yellow and blue so repellent?

    1 and 2 are identical, yellow and blue but reversed

    Sarcasm alert!

    Or maybe the poor dear is getting confused with the yellow and blue kit sported by the Thundercats, here nicely modelled by Cheetarah:

    Yellow and blue so 'repellent'. Always looks pretty good on Brazil, Rog.

    I like yellow and blue but the original poster seems to hate it since it suggests sacking the person who chose the colours

    Ah...sorry...he's still on 'ignore'...I only dipped in to see what all the fuss was about. So much easier that way, but at least being called for being 100% unequivocally factually wrong seems to have shut him up for once.

    No objection to the kit but yellow and blue (light shirts/dark shorts) always seems a bit too similar to white shirts and black shorts for me. Would never have got away with it on b/w TVs, but then I favour the real reverse kit - black shirts/white shorts - doubt we'd need a third kit then.

    Oops...forgot about Grimsby....and when we play Newcastle in the final.
