When I were a lad, there was a plumber at Firth Browns called Rod the Mod, he used to ride a Lambretta and frequent the Mojo Club TT.

He was the guy who first got me and my mate into the Mojo underage and he could pull the birds like nobody I've ever seen before or since. No idea why he was called Rod as his bane was Dave.
