    Sadly it's about his level.. the lad is just too small to be a modern day defender
    we have 3 left backs mattock, purrington and Warren and if the other two were injured I think warne would play belaid there instead of mason.

    I agree that it's about his level but I don't think it's because of his size.

    If purrington and mattock are injured he would play Newell or fisher.

    It should read LB, can play on wing.

    From what I've seen (not much) he's got a right cross on him and can read the game but he did need to learn to stand his ground.

    Hopefully we will see him up his game and get in the first team squad at some point.

    I'd prefer Belaid to be CB if he needs to come on, good for cover and that's it.

    The club will also receive a share of the pot at the end of season if they play the youngsters
