Nice to see a US team with a plan and executing said plan. Under Klinsmann, it was too much "rah rah go try hard". He might be the only German without a tactical bone in his body.

Jozy is just solid. And our only proven effective forward that can play game in and game out at this point in time.

I am very thankful for Christian Pulisic. Our only other players on the roster that can unlock the defense are Dempsey and Nagbe and Dempsey doesn't have the legs to be effective for more than 30 minutes at this point. When he's gone, Pulisic will have the entire load and I think he'll be up for it. I feel really comfortable with our youth at every position except forward. Nervous about that.

I think it's going to be a good final. No walk over for the US. Jamaica deservedly beat Mexico. They may be lacking a little refinement but they are tough, organized and lightning fast were it matters and they never give up.

Still think the US will edge it though.

I will be disappointed if we don't win, but we've really only played well against Costa Rica and that's it in this tournament. Important to win so that we take the pressure off the next Gold Cup in order to get a spot in the Confederations Cup. If we win this one and in 2019, we are guaranteed the spot in 2021. If we only win one, we secure a spot in a Confed Cup playoff.
