Cambusman is obviously not a celtic fan,more of a San Francisco 49ers fan.

Celtic and also rangers(2012) will never be invited into the EPL or english league system,even if their fans were squeaky clean.
They both have the fan base to eclipse all English teams other than man utd,that's a fact and would be challenging for the top 4 position within a couple of seasons giving the same financial incentives and that's something that would put of the main 6 or 7teams,they don't want any team to challenge their CL ambitions and the money that goes with it.

Just look how Leicester upset the cart last season.,right away talks of a European league wi only the big boys being invited was discussed.

I first went to Celtic Park in 1971, have been a season ticket holder for around 19 years (not consecutively due to travels and an open and inclusive mind which, I may hasten to add, any Celtic fan would be proud to own).
