Overall a good decision I think.

However from a personal point of view during my working career I've come across a few cases that had gone to tribunal. One was won by a guy that the company really screwed and sacked him unfairly. Sadly though I came across a few others that really deserved the boot but talked the Union into supporting a tribunal claim, basically they were idle tossers looking for a payout, fortunately they lost but it was costly for the Union concerned.

Yes they're really backing British workers.

It's questionable that they are backing Britain at all, not just the workers.

Any union man worth his salt up who defends the indefensible isn't worth his position .

You can't win with brexit , none of the political parties or trade unions can .

You hold a particular view on certain aspects and pound to a penny you lose in other area's .

Anyone who sticks their head up on either side of it will certainly have to contend with very good counter opinions .

The mother of all poisoned chalice's .

Well it's a simple enough concept, the country voted to leave the EU and that's what all politicians regardless of party should be striving to do and as quickly as possible. Trying to find ways to dilute it or delay it or cancel it aren't what the voters wanted.
