    OT £100 fines for anti-social behaviour in Rotherham

    A proposed new order, enforced with on-the-spot fines, is set to address concerns about the perceived level of anti-social behaviour in Rotherham town centre.

    Includes:

    - Behaving in such a way or using language that causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to another person
    - Drinking alcohol other than in a licensed premises or event
    - Spitting
    - Face-to-face fundraising and marketing carried out by organisations without permission of the Council
    - Failing to keep a dog on a leash and under control
    - Using or carrying illegal drugs
    - Littering
    - Using a vehicle to cause a nuisance
    - Urinating or defecating in a public place

    Yep, agree with all of that, the thing is though, shouldn't all of that be being sorted anywayas a matter of course, , in a decent civilised society?.....

    Different age group mate if I use a hanky I'd get called a puff. Like fanny packs if your over 60 you can get away with it if your 32 you get piss taken out of you

    I'd like to think those in charge of policing this will be able to discern between someone expelling an irritating insect and someone embarking on a full strength grolly up.
