Still no reply to my E-Mails to the ticket office. Anyone any suggestions as to who I should contact if nobody in the ticket office sees fit to reply to any queries one might have?
Exactly. Hence the reason I'm asking who best to approach in order to escalate my complaint.

He is (or was) Customer Service Manager.
That's who I have E-Mailed and when I spoke to Lynn in Cyprus he was still there. Think I'll speak to her again. Hopeless.
