A fantastic result and performance from the bhoys tonight.

Brendan seems to get the best out of the bhoys and tonight showed how far we have come since the days of losing to Malmö and Maribor.

Getting drawn against a team already half way through their season was always going to be tough, but we survived with flying colours.

Thankfully we don't have to face any teams from that power house of a nation Luxembourg.

What with big Virgil possibly moving to Liverpool very soon ,we could have an extra 12million in the bank before the start of the season, wow

Great days to be a Tim. We did very well to overcome Rosenborg - who make no mistake are a very good side.

I am confident we will skoosh the next round to be in the CL proper again.

My only gripe is that we - the CHAMPIONS of Scotland - are forced to play 6 matches to get into the CHAMPIONS league while teams from richer countries get in when not even winning their league. It is truly an absolute disgrace and the fans are the mugs for idly accepting it.

I agree brother, but what are mere fans to do about Uefa?

In the olden days, comrade, before consumerism pampered us into the abiding, brain dead, greedy, bleating sheep that first world citizens now mostly are, we would have stood up, protested, fought, and refused to accept something we felt unfair. The common man had a voice, and a dam powerful one at that, we had hunger, energy, principles.

Nowadays it's all a bit meh, a bit too difficult to put down our remotes, get our fat, over fed arses off our big comfy sofas, take off the big fluffy slippers off and get out there in the cold uncertainty and fight.

    God love ye, son.

Wouldn't that make you a protestant?

Agree with the second paragraph though you did suggest taking slippers off twice, maybe you meant one at a time?
