Thank you Griff
Piglet, waffles, 'nuff said.
Gards is on fire. Top scoring for the third week running has put him up to third. Average score was 6.4 but the scoring range was only 4 to 8 so no big changes to the table. No one foresaw Forest Green's win and only Crusha forecast Grimsby's home defeat to Morecambe. Did someone mention gifts? They never are....
And if AussieBranch could let me know which country he's getting bladdered in next week I'll do my best to accommodate him.

Griff - I thank you
I really fancied Morecambe winning at Grimsby, wish I had a little bet on my instincts
As the whites go marching on !!
Cheers Griff and a sterling job thus far
Congratulations on your game selections this week Griff.
8 draws out of 12 selections. That takes doing. Can you still do an 8 from 12 perm on Vernons/Littlewoods?
I bet it will be a while before you achieve that again!
Heh. I look for games where the two sides are close together in the league, with the lower side at home. Also local(ish) derbies or where there could be an edge to the game e.g. MKD v Wimbledon yesterday. Some weeks there are only a few of these which is when I might choose games where both sides are in poor form. Then I go back and make my own forecasts a couple of days later and curse myself.
Piglet, sorry but I was after the 1954 'Pride not Profit' version. Good year 1954.
Anyway, as Howoldboy's pointed out there were 8 draws this week, so it would have been useful if some of us had forecast a few. We didn't though, did we? No-one spotted the shut-outs at Hull and Blackpool which didn't help. Average score this week a pathetic 3.3. Alf, Piglet and Southblue contributed spectacularly towards this figure, so well done for helping out the rest of us. Chalky and Gaz top-scored with only 6 each and move to 12th and 5th. Gards must have dropped his crystal ball because his wheel fell off as he scored 2 and drops to 4th.
Not very good, are we? Or is it just the EFL....?
