Sorry Piglet, this week had nothing to do with Hamiltonian equations, it was more to do with the movement of Carlisle's forward line this season. While your answer had a certain relevance to the correct answer it was, nevertheless, incorrect. No point.

Average score a measly 5 - how poor is that? Well done to Cayambe whose top score of 10 deserved more than a single position move up the table. Chalky's 8 also moves him up the table and, most importantly to him, back above Alf who is now in The Position Of Shame. An 8 for Piglet too but he stays in 5th. A few 2s this week and in Mullen's case this is a massive 11 points less than he got last week. Down to 4th marra, and have a look back at what I said about consistency.

At least you still have something to play for CAB. Griff's performance this season has pretty much mirrored that of Carlisle United. Stuck in mid-table and going nowhere fast!

The week's fixtures sorted the men from the boys. A third of us got 4 in a week when the top competitor got 9 and the worst player got a big fat zero. Average score was 4.8 - Gaz smashed it and jumps to 5th while Gards' challenge for the top spot faltered and he drops to 4th. AussieBranch failed to show so also gets a big fat nowt and he drops to bottom.

None of us managed to spot that Sunderland might draw with Middlesborough - they left it late though but what a coupon-smasher.

The gap at the top is now 12 points and NZBlue didn't even have to break sweat. Time to start trying, lads.
