Sorry this is a bit late lads, I was away for the weekend. Anyhoo.......

Sorry Piglet, schoolboy howler. The Jovian questions are NEXT week and I'm going to have to think of a new one now. Tccchh.

Anyway, at least Piglet was top-scorer to soothe his bonus-related disappointed. No double-figures this week and the range of scores was only 3 to 8 so no big changes to the table. The AML is looking tasty though and everything could change there in one frantic week. Meanwhile Howoldboy has opened up a lead equal to a week's scoring (most weeks) with three competitors neck and neck trying to keep up. Not the time to forget your entries!

Sorry Piglet, but I didn't say anything about Venus. The correct answer was Ganymede, and Io on alternate Thursdays. Bad luck.

NZBlue has taken AussieBranch's challenge seriously and pulled a 12 out of the bag this week. That included 3 correct scores which is good going and he's now only 3 points off top spot. Mullen continues his lurch up the table with a 10. Well done to the pair of them. At the other end it was unlucky week 13 for Alf whose 3 drops him from 2nd to 5th. Never mind, at this rate I'll be bottom in a couple of weeks and the pointing and laughing can commence.........

WOW Piglet, you were close this week. The correct answer was Area 51, so no cigar again.

Meanwhile, back at the competition, I'll have a pint of what Mullen's been drinking. He was bottom just a few weeks ago but he's now up to 4th after top-scoring with 12. An honourable mention to Gaz whose 11 lifts him up a couple of spots. A pair shared the bottom score of 4, and Gards drops from 3rd to 6th as a result. The average score this week was 7; those who fail suffer, me included.

No-one foresaw Crewe beating Rotherham, and only Southblue scored from Blackpool's defeat at Boreham Wood. It's always difficult to hit top scores when teams manage to balls things up quite so convincingly. Back to the drawing-board....
