Yep, they are disgusting annoying pests who peddle their filth out in the open air. And smokers are just as bad as well.

OK I will take the bait! What about banning urban motorists and smokers? Everybody on bikes or on electrical powered buses....a little ecology will not do anybody any harm..no?

I would add joggers to the list as well as the urban cyclist and the smoker.
I would round them all up put them in a field and bomb the b@stards!

Also i would ban caravans.
They poodle along at 20 mph holding traffic up.
