Bad timing for us that hat trick...even if it was only against Crawley. That aside, can't see us getting him for less than £5m. Made a success of every upward move he's made and he's still very young. At least Gary Rowett, or his advisors, did spot his potential in League One at Bramhall Lane. Maybe he can repeat that a couple more times for us.
Imagine it was a certain Nigel Clough who took him to Sheffield from under our noses at Ilkeston Town. He certainly had an 'eye' for a player even if he was the dullest of managers.

Still paying a bit more might be a wise decision. He has a look of a Prem player. I doubt you'll lose if Rowett taps on his promise and makes him a better player. Remember we paid 5.5m for Britt and sold him for almost thrice that.
