    Irons and Aitken

Former Queens players Davie Irons and Andy Aitken are taking over at Gretna 2,008 FC after their manager Matt Henney resigned after the village people lost their first two games of the new season. Andy who is /was a youth coach at Palmy recently appeared 337 times for the Doonhamers but Irons only pulled on the Royal Blue shirt 4 times.

Watched the Gretna FC documentary "the team that vanished" again yesterday on Sky Sports Originals featuring Irons , Alexander , Skelton etc
