All that we ask is that he's equally unfair to both sides and that his mistakes are even handed. Is that being greedy?
Craig Thomson will be in charge at McDiarmid. This game will be shown in full on BBC Alba from 6pm.

Not greedy...just a wee bit cynical
No, Not greedy. I'm not holding my breath though.
I rest my case and I'm not even referring to the red cards, which I've yet to assess.
I think it's fair to say Craig Thomson will not be putting today's effort in his highlight reel!
Just picked up another error by Craig Thomson (3:35 in the MFC TV highlights). Moult hares up the left wing, beats a St Johnstone player who then sweeps out his leg late to bring him down. Yes, no physical contact was made but thats a yellow card.
Now looked at the 3 red cards and of the 3 only the McHugh one is possibly justified and thats 50/50. Carson picks up the ball on or very near the line (Thomson is about 35/40 yards away and the linesman doesn't flag). Kipre is close by. How is that denying a clear goalscoring opportunity? Poor defending yes but thats not a red card offence. As for the third, Dunne may accidentally clip the Saints player going in on goal, but he rides that then falls over his own feet! Yes, referees are human and are bound to make the odd mistake in games, but yesterday was something else.
I wasn't at the game, but going by the highlights and the reports of the game the referee has had an absolute nightmare. As said before, only Carl McHughs sending off is close. To say we have been on the wrong end of some dubious decisions in the first 3 league games is an understatement. Saying all of that we must improve on how we defend. O Halloren was allowed to much space for his second goal. Just like Windass last week was allowed to run the length of Fir Park at times. We need to improve defensively.
