Ok for sports bra tracker system but what worries me is why subs always lift their shorts a little for the 4th......to prove their not wearing a suspender belt ?

Any ideas why they do this ?

It's to make sure if they've got long underwear or cycling shorts on underneath the football shorts they are the same colour.

I know this cos in my amateur days a sub got told he couldn't enter the pitch because his shorts were green but his cycling shorts were blue.

I remember reading about this in "When Saturday Comes" magazine, and was surprised to learn that the rule applies even at local/pub league level
