    Appeal results

    One out of three:

Dunne's pair were certain. Carson may feel a little hard done by given the recent IFAB changes but it's hardly a massive injustice.

I'd say the results of Dunne's red card appeal in Dingwall was fair. However his and Carson's appeals for Perth should both have been rescinded. We should have won 2 out of 3. Carson's appeal rejection is complete farce.

Unfair but hardly a surprise given the rotten state of Scottish football's "authorities".....it didn't involve the Bigot Bros so they're saving face/glossing over Thomson's (and their own) incompetence. I hear he's been raised to the dizzy heights of the Livi game this weekend! Time for video reviews for major decisions in games but it won't happen because it would expose the incompetence of Scotland's "top" referees.... and perhaps their wee biases!

At least we got a bit of a result, and by the time Dunne didn't foul the guy but a penalty was awarded (the fact that it was missed is irrelevant) the game had gone. They keep going on about doing something about diving. No doubt they'll be getting in touch with the St.J guy to take him to task. Aye right!
Our postman - not a 'Well supporter - saw the incident on TV; he pointed out that there's always a significant pause between a pen. being given and being taken; plenty of time for a video review, in fact. Any number of other sports have embraced technology to their advantage; there will be resistance, but I can see it coming.

Agree with much of what you say Dazlhigh, but isn't interesting to also note that a Bigot Bros player, Ryan Jack, has had his red card dismissed? One rule for 'them' and another for us....plus ca change...(can't get French exclamations on my pc... sorry!)....I don't think I'm paranoid (even though they may be out to get me)- just realistic. No wonder Flow is disappointed....it must be like (proverbially) farting against thunder, as far as dealing with, and under, our football mandarins is concerned.
