    That i think it our biggest problem Zip.

    We've got players we need gone before we can buy but they can't get their wages elsewhere and are happy to sit on them.

    I think had we shifted Krul etc. our bigger earners early in window we'd have already signed more players in.

    The other day I saw a headline about Shearer and Ferdinand teaming up again... perhaps Rafa's desperation for strikers he led to him dragging them out of retirement? That'd certainly be a surprise!

    Yeah... sigh... hard to even imagine ever seeing a world class strikeforce like that grace St James' again... sad times

    The only time a world class strike force will grace St James' Park for us is if we get a PSG type owner or if Rafa or wheoever is clever enough to do it, to actually produce them through nurture and top coaching/hard work.

    Neymar, Lukaku and Gylfi and co have seen to it that normal football clubs cannot afford anything like the crap being bandied about.
    The minute we can compete for the Pogba's and Lukaku's is the very minute we cease to become the football club we all bought into and will be lucky to ever get it back as anything that resembled it.
