I know I am being tough on the guy, but I will say it must be difficult to manage when you have a player go off the pitch and have to be replaced in every game from Watford through to Norwich ( not including Colchester). Hopefully this run will end.
Also a 3 match run of missing great chances in the first 5 minutes I understand.
