    Top four budget promised?

We have spent 75K, while other clubs have invested much more to improve their squads. It is so obvious that the central midfield has not got the legs for this challenge.Frecks has been our number one performer in the past, however time has caught him up and he is being over run.We have two thirty year olds up against much more athletic opponents. This affects the rest of the team because there is no link to the frontmen. We need to bring in replacements ASAP.The chairman must stop talking about these fictitious claims of " top budgets".We surely have the cash to spend to strengthen.Last year we had 6 million TV deal cash,we spent no where near that. This year we have offloaded big wages in Camp, Ward and Fisher collecting 1.6 million (1 million after paying HTFC) and 350K from Preston. After paying off 500k for the" Blackstock blunder",we must still have plenty to use on player strengthening. The fans have stayed loyal, come on Mr.Chairman show us you mean, what you say.

You make some very valid points there Bill, and you are spot on with the midfield,Newell yesterday was totally ineffective,he is a good player when on his game, but he is so inconsistent, and when he performs like he did against Charlton,it is almost like playing with ten men,Frecks is struggling,Potter will be okay, but Williams,Forde,Taylor don't seem to offer much on the opposite wing either,we have big problems no doubt about it.
