Naysmith has suggested that he will be resting 2/3 players for this match without making wholesale changes. I think the squad we currently have can readily accommodate this and the completion which now exists for places means that those getting the chance against the Wee Rangers will be fully up for the challenge. I expect a positive result but still this will be a testing game. Mon the South.

I notice that Berwick have appointed their new manager this week, so their players may give some kind of reaction. In saying that, Annan won 5-1 there a few weeks ago and I don't see Queens slipping up even with the resting of some of the main players.

I see Montrose won on Tuesday night in the Challenge Cup versus Ayr United at Somerset Park, 6-5 on penalties after a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes, the extra time. Montrose scored after only 2 minutes and Ayr drew level before half time.

As said by Naysmith, Andy Stirling will start and possibly a couple of others . I would give the boys lacking game time a start here as well. I don't see any particular weaknesses and as long as the attitude is correct, then we should come through. Being a Queens fan though, you never take anything for granted. Ps would give Leighfield the number one jersey also.

Buzzing to be going to my first new ground since Tannadice last season which leaves me only 6 grounds that I have not seen Queens play after Today.

Should be quite a few changes Today which I am more than happy with that other squad players will be getting game time in this competition and I would still be confident on getting the win and going into the draw on Tuesday.

Also thanks to Bagapapa for pointing out that they are plently of pubs near the ground in the challenge cup thread as I am defo going make the most of Today as it is always special when you visit new grounds.

Remember a pair of binoculars, as you are so far away from the pitch.

Comfortable win after a remarkable 4 goal 10 min spell. Let's not get too carried away as the opposition wasn't very strong. Onwards to Tuesdays draw now . Want a home game and to go a step further than last season.

Next time play down there I think I'll stay over. The beer is incredibly cheap! Great result today on a lovely day for a wee trip over the border. Look forward to the draw on Tuesday.

Visited Berwick a few years ago and thought what a **** hole - after watching the highlights on you tube just now I have noticed nothing much has changed !

Queens looked impressive with goals coming from all over the team -

It's nowhere near as bad as Central Park imho. Friendly folk too.
