. Pulis, and more than a few baggie fans had high hopes of him but in the end ,think he's just a average championship kinda player.

When a player freely admits that he got himself banned so that he could go on the lash on New Years Eve, never should have been given the chance to wear the shirt.

I have to say I am not usually negative about any of our buys, conceding that TP knows more than I do. However I have to say this transfer was the one I really could not see working out and said so at the time. Never was good enough for us in my opinion.

I hadn't heard that one 54, shame as I really liked him coming on as an impact player, he had the ability to liven up a dull game with a bit of trickery and direct play, I never saw him as a starter though.

Somewhere there is a good player in him. I saw the FA cup final for Wigan where he tore Clichy apart and he has got ability to beat players with the ball. He won us a couple of penalties too when he first started.

But I get the feeling his attitude is poor. I haven't heard that from anyone, its just a gut feeling that something has erupted behind the scenes and Pulis is not the type of manager you want to cross.

He went to Austria and ran up hills in preseason and he still found 16 and 17 year olds in front of him on the bench at the start of the season.

Its a long way back, if indeed there is a way back when you get on the wrong side of Pulis. He is very tactful about players when talking to the media, but I reckon behind closed doors he could get very nasty and critical if you misbehave or don't perform the tasks he expects you to do. That is why Chadli aint getting a look in. How can he put all the other players including the young kids through a gruelling Austrian training session and then stick a player in the team from the get go, who would not do the training. Chadli is being humiliated each game he sits on the bench and a kid comes on. It will either make or break him.
